Just walking into this condo is a jaw dropping experience. The building it is in is the closest to the “end” of the Point, with just a stretch of grass between you, the beach, the rock formations ringing the point, and the wide Pacific Ocean. Welcome home! Gentle breezes greet you at the door and invite you into the gorgeous great room where you will find the living room, kitchen and dining room areas and expansive views of Troncones Point to the south and the ocean directly ahead. This view, in this place, is never going to be blocked. From the huge entry door you pass the seating are that is anchored by a large curved couch. The base supporting the glass-topped coffee table looks like the bottom half of a large wooden sphere, very cool. The floors in the great room and throughout the condo are unpolished marble. The woodwork: doors, cabinets, closet doors, drawers and dining table are all made of beautiful parota wood. The kitchen area includes a breakfast bar with stools. The counters are finished with white Caesarstone, a type of quartz. A reclining couch overlooks the plunge pool toward the beach and views beyond. This is an excellent place to see whales, dolphins, birds and boats that will come into view sooner or later if you’re watching. And then there is the sunset! The spacious master bedroom enjoys its own view of the ocean and shimmering waves to the horizon. There is a full wall of sliding glass doors and soft flowing light curtains adorn the sides of the opening. The extensive parota closets in this room are like a form of artwork, they are truly beautiful. The built-in headboard for the king bed is a bookshelf on the backside and there’s a convenient built-in desk top along the north wall. The beautiful master bathroom usually earns a “wow” the first time someone sees it. The open air shower is a classic Zozaya touch, as are the white pebble details throughout. There are two twin beds in the guest room plus a closet and drawers. The guest bathroom doubles as a powder room as it can be accessed from the hallway or the second bedroom. A large “closet” in the hallway houses the laundry facilities, with a stack washer and drier and several shelves. In total this airy and spacious condo has an area of 2,024 square feet. This condo is one of the jewels of the Punta Majahua Project. Offered at: $466,000. USD
