The first three are similar. They are spacious enough for King sized beds or two twins. Each has two small closets with hanging space and shelves. Each has an en suite bathroom with talavera tile accents and showers. There are wood furnishings and interesting art pieces on the walls. All the bedrooms have airflow from front to back. The fourth bedroom is the large master. It boasts built-in bedside tables and a built-in desktop on one wall. It has a large screened window on the south side and a killer ocean view directly from the bed. The huge en suite bathroom includes two sinks, a large shower and four closets. The whole home is tastefully decorated with traditional Mexican art pieces and this definitely includes the outside bedroom walls that face the patio. The art reflects a pleasing mix of styles and time periods. It’s almost like a gallery. On the short side of the L, there is a living/reading/TV room with built-in couch and a large coffee table with a cactus wood base. Off the east side of this room is a full bathroom. On the opposite wall is another huge set of pocket doors that lead to the dining area. The dining area, sitting/conversation area and the breakfast bar are all shaded by the high ceilings but are open to the gentle breezes off the bay. The views from here include the beach and waters of Manzanillo Bay, including the Troncones left break. The breakfast bar opens into the kitchen through a large pass through. The long counters and big kitchen island are finished with polished cement tinted a pleasant soft yellow. The island includes a six-burner stovetop above an oven. The kitchen offers generous counter space, shelves, drawers and other storage. And then there is the walk-in pantry with an extra refrigerator and all kinds of storage space. The kitchen opens on the west side to the deep patio in front where you’ll find a round table with four chairs. Outside to the north of the kitchen is a side patio with a built-in BBQ. The land slopes gently from the house to the front edge of the property that is still about 10 feet above the beach. A rock border and hedges of bougainvillea and ixora above the pathway down to the beach further enhance the property’s privacy. The lawns are interspersed with impressive cobbled pathways cleverly designed to assist with water run-off during the rainy season. The mature landscaping includes lots of agave, numerous palms including a gorgeous specimen of blue/grey fan palm. There is something pretty to look at in all directions, colorful blooms, interesting foliage and beautiful trees. In the northwest corner of the property is an enormous palapa that shades a huge area for hanging out in and hosting parties. There is plenty of room for chaise lounges and other beach furniture.
